Easy Cup cake Recipe

Ingredients:
125g--------------- self raising flour
125g--------------- butter (at roon temperature)
125g--------------- castor sugar
1 tsp-------------- baking powder
2----------------- eggs
1 tsp-------------- vanilla essence



Method
1. Set oven to 190 degrees sieve flour and baking powder.
2.Beat the eggs and add them to the butter, sugar and vanilla essence.
3. Mix through flour until creamy.
4.Spoon a teaspoon of mixture into each patty case.
5.Bake in the oven for 20mins.

ICING
to ice 4 cakes......

1 tbsp------ icing suger
1tsp-------- water
1 drop -------food colouring


Stir together the water food colouring and icing sugar. Drop a small dollop of icing into the centre of the cake and let it spread.

Makes 24...
