Cabbage egg fry


Ingredients:
Cabbage.........2cups
Eggs...............5
Green chilies........5pieces
Ginger and garlic paste-----1tsp
Cinnamon .............1/2 inch
Cloves............2 pieces
Turmeric powder..........1tsp
Coriander powder..........1Tbsp
Curry leaves.......5 to 6no
Coriander leaves.......2 Tbsp

Method:
1) Heat oil in a kadai or a pan.
2) Add cinnamon and cloves and when they splutter, add very finely chopped cabbage, curry leaves, salt as per taste and chopped green chilies.
3) Add the ginger and garlic paste and sauté.
4) Cover the pan or Kauai with a lid. Stir occasionally on a medium flame, till the cabbage becomes soft.
5) Simmer for 10 - 15 mins.
6) Add the eggs.
7) Cook for 5 mins on medium flame.
8) Add coriander powder and cook further for a minute or two.
9) Add coriander leaves and mix well.

Serve hot with rice or chapatti.
