Broccoli and potato fry

Ingrdients:
4 medium sized boiled potatoes.
1 branch broccoli cut into tiny florets.
2 large onions cut into length and side wise (not thin but little wider)

dry masala - grind it fine and keep it aside
-------------------
2 table spoons dessicated coconut powder
chilli powder
salt, turmeric pasupu, curry leaves

3 garlic cloves - coarsely smahed
1 table spoon of chilly flakes to be added at the end

Heat fry pan and add some oil in it. Splutter seasoning, add onions, tumeric and saute them. Add curshed garlic and curry leaves after 3 minutes and saute it too. Immediately add dry masala and mix it well. Now add broccoli florets and salt mix the contents well and keep the lid for five minutes on medum flame. When you think broccoli are done now mash the pototoes in a bowl wit your hands or potaotoe masher. I prefer the potatoes to be mashed rather than cut into cubes and add salt to them separetly and mix in with the contents into the pan. Saute it for 5 more minutes. At the end add dry chilly flakes to it and serve.

Cooking broccoli is up to individual preferences. For health point of view, don't saute them too much that they wilt. But if you don't like raw broccoli flavour, then cook them more. I prefer to have them a bit curnchy and raw.
