Easy Pakora





This is one of the easiest snack which I learnt from one of my good tamil friend.
My friend is an excellent cook and she loves to cook.Most of the time she spends her time
in the kitchen trying her culinary magic.Iam just sharing one of her snack which she
made when we went to her house for dinner.
kids would love.Whenever I make my son says to me not give any fast food junk.
Please just make it for me when ever Iam hungry.He loves it so much.



Ingredients:

Soaked Channa dal(you can soak it for 3 to 4 hrs)--------2 cups
Cashew nuts --------1/4cup
Finely chopped onions --------1/2 cup
Green chili --------as per taste
Salt as per taste
Coriander leaves
Oil to fry the pakora

Method:

Grind the channa dal into coarse batter.

You need to leave some soaked channa dal aside may be one hand full.

Now add the rest of the ingredients .

Fry small spoonful of the pakora batter till golden colour and crispy.

Serve as a snack for coffee or tea.
