Ingredients:
Moong Dal-----------------------1cup
Milk------------------------------2 n 1/2 cup
Water-----------------------------2 n 1/2 cip
Ghee------------------------------Accordingly(1 n 1/2 to 2 cup)
Sugar----------------------------- 2 n 1/2 cup
Fried Cashew---------------------as per taste
Elachi powder--------------------as per taste
Prcedure:
1)Fry moong dal till the colour changes to brown.
2)In that add 21/2 cup water and cook it in a pressure cooker
3)After it cools add milk to it and grind it to a fine paste
4)Add suagr and stir well,when it start to become thick add ghee and stir
5)When it become in the form of halwa,add fried cashews and elachi powder.
