Veg-Manchuria

Ingredients:
1tsp ajinamoto
10 Finely chopped beans
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup cabbage
1/4 green capsicum
1/4 carrots
1/2 cup cauliflower
1tbsp very hot chilli paste
3piece chopped green chillies
3 cloves chopped garlic
3tbsp corn flour
1inch finely chopped ginger(optional)
oil to fry the dumplings
1 big size chopped onion
2tsp pepper pdr
salt as per to taste
2tbsp oil
4tbsp soya sauce
1tbsp tomato sauce
1tbsp sweet chillie sauce with honey
1 springs spring onion
3tbsp soya sauce
1/2tbsp vinegar
All purpose flour required according to the binding of the dumplings

Method:
Boil /steam finely chopped minced vegetables.
Grind the cooked rice into a very fine paste.
Bind the minced vegetables with some corn flour,plain flour and rice paste and make small lumps the size of a ping pong ball.
roll th dumplings in the corn flour and deep fry in the oil .keep the dumplings aside.
make sauce by adding chopped garlic, chopped ginger and chopped onion .
Saute for 5 mins till the onions become very soft.
Add soya sauce,tomato sauce,chilli paste,sweet chillie sauce with honey,ajinamoto and cook thicken with cornflour mixture(take 1tbsp of cornflour and mix with 5 tbsp of water) adding very little at a time.
Add fried dumpling with spring onions chopped .
Cook for 5 mins.
Serve hot with noodles or chinese veg fried rice or egg fried rice or chicken fried rice.
