Ingredients:
Rava( also called as semolina or suji) --------1 cup
Sugar(should be powdered) --------3/4 cup
Milk --------1/4 cup
Powdered Cardamom --------1 tsp
Cashews cut into pieces (Optional) --------5 to 6
Raisins (Optional) -------- 8 to 10
Ghee --------5 to 6 big table spoon
Method:
Fry the cashews and raisins in 1 tbsp ghee.
Heat ghee in a pan and add semolina to it. Roast on low medium stirring constantly till u smell aroma of rawa.. (30-40 Min's).
Now add powdered sugar and mix well.Then add milk.Let it cool.Roll ladoos with hand.If they break easily and are hard to roll, add 2-3 tbsp hot melted ghee and then try rolling in circular shape..Store in air tight container and enjoy for next few days!
