Brinjal chutney

Ingredients
Coconut dry -2tsp
Brinjals - 1 medium
Onion -1medium
Red chillies - 5 to 6
Salt - as required
Tamarind - small piece or 1 tsp paste
Oil - 2 tbsp

Method
Cut brinjal and onions(length wise) into pieces.
Heat 1 tbsp of oil, add brinjal and onion cook on medium heat until brinjals or soft.
After they are cool, first grind the dry ingredients like dry coconut and red chillies .
Then grind brinjal and onion adding tamarind and salt along with coriander leaves.
Serve with rice or chapati.
